1 – Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) training

WHERE – Hunter Safety Building aka Indoor Shooting Range
COST – $310 ($150 non-refundable deposit required)
DOES NOT INCLUDE THE $88.25 COST OF THE PERMIT!
CCW Application and CCW Waiver must be received one week in advance of the training.

Cost includes range fees, finger printing, permit photo, NRA workbook, and test.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Remainder of payment – $160
Cost of the CHP permit – $88.25 (good for 5 years)
Handgun, holster, magazine pouch, belt and ammo magazines
200 rounds of ammunition (150 rounds for practice; 50 rounds to qualify for permit)
Appropriate clothing (close toed shoes, hat, jacket, coat, etc)
Eye and ear protection
2 – Red Cross First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
Only certified independent contractor in Southeast Alaska.
3 – Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) Instructor
Now qualified to train for concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the US.
